I smashed my original 2017 challenge of 60 books and then smashed the increased goal of 80 books, too. The second part of my challenge didn't go so well though, that was to read 12 books in German, 12 non-fiction books and 12 classics. The classics came off worst, but the actual scores on the doors are as follows:

I read 30 female authors and 39 male authors.

Most read authors: Paul McAuley and Jutta Profijt with 3 books each.

I read 38 new (to me) authors.
